Class schedule for October & November 2019!!
$10 per class, $5 for clients.
Unlimited Monthly Classes: $50, $25 for clients!
Boot Camp: A type of physical training class that combine both aerobic and anaerobic work based on military style routines. These programs are designed to build strength and endurance through a variety of intense group intervals.
Saturdays 11:00-11:45 am
Power Boot Camp: A higher intensity Boot Camp geared towards using Mainly BODY WEIGHT.
Wednesdays 6:00-6:30 PM
Body Works: A group fitness class that is designed to build strength and overall muscular endurance. This class is primarily used with light weights that will work on all parts of the body.
Thursdays 6:00-6:45 PM
Small Group Training: A 30 minute personal training session with about 3-4 people. Each small group training class is designed to focus on a specific muscle group.
Mondays 7:00-7:30 pm
Fridays 6:30-7:00 pm
