Biography
Maria is an AFAA certified group instructor who is certified in Barre, Zumba and Zumba Toning. Maria is an NPC bikini competitor. In 2022 Maria completed and won 1st place in Women’s Bikini 50 and over category at the NPC Championships. Maria says “I always believe that no dream is too big and that age is nothing but a number. With proper nutrition, exercise and a positive mindset, anything and everything is possible.
